This patient had lost multiple teeth on the upper arch and was not optimistic that there was a good solution. Working with the periodontist to place an implant, an existing implant was used to provide two "snaps" for the upper and removable partial to securely stay in place.
This 59 year old patient had worn and fractured lower front teeth due to a poor bite relationship. After orthodontic treatment to move them into the correct position, porcelain veneers were placed on the teeth. This was a conservative way to make them look nice, and have a reliable long lasting result.
This patient did not want to have dental implants to replace the missing lateral incisors that were never formed. Following orthodontic treatment to put all the teath in the ideal positions, two porcelain bridges were bonded in place. No alteration of her teeth was required.
This 32 year old patient was not happy with the color and shape of his teeth. The first photo shows the result of our in office Zoom Whitening. The second photo shows the result with the direct composite bonding. This was accomplished in one visit in the office by adding and sculping the bonding with the patient participating with feedback during the procedure.
